Coffee Card Redemption - Invercargill & Auckland Botanic Gardens

If a customer is eligible for a free coffee from their loyalty card, follow the steps below to redeem their drink on the POS terminal: 

1 - Take the order for the and enter it in the system

2 - Select the drink to be redeemed

3 - Click the  (Coffee Card Redemption) option on your terminal

4 - The Discount will be applied successfully and the remaining amount (if any) will appear at on the screen

5 - From the terminal (Cash or Card) select the preferred payment method for the remaining amount

6 - Transaction will be now completed 🥳

Key Points

• The discount only apply for the coffee and tea beverage section
  
  
• A maximum of 1 discounted drink is allowed per transaction
  
  
• If the sale does not include any other items, and the Subtotal is $0.00, press cash to close the transaction
