How to Process a Refund

Transactions can be viewed under the admin layout:

From here you can see all the transactions for the day, including any No sales, Account charges, refunds.

To complete any refunds, you will have to set the POS terminal to Refund mode, which can be found in the admin layout.

Once the terminal is in refund mode, select the products that you need to refund back to the customer. Once you have selected all the products, select either EFTPOS or Cash, for Cash pull the amount from the Cash Drawer.
