How To Process/Redeem Gift Voucher in Touch Mini

1. Select all the items in touch mini that are required for sale.

2. Once all items are selected to be purchased, proceed to check out

3. Once you’re in the check out page, click on the scan icon on the top right as shown in the screenshot below to enter the voucher number

4. Enter the voucher number from the customer’s gift voucher as shown below. (The voucher number is a 6-digit alphanumeric code.)

5. Once the voucher code is entered and submitted, the screen below will appear, showing that the voucher has been applied along with the remaining balance on the voucher.

6. Finalise the transaction by selecting the “Cash” payment type. The gift voucher payment will then be processed, and the transaction will be recorded successfully.
